Attack:
Step back into left basic stance.
Then punch 3 times in Junzuki stance to the
head area of your defender.
Defence:
Step back with left leg and block with right Jodan Uke in right Junzuki stance.
Step back again block Jodan Uke with left arm in left Junzuki stance.
This time step back with your left foot in line with the right but behind it with both knees close together.
At the same time bring your left open hand down to the right fist as your attacker punches,
pivot the body to the left, blocking the punch with the left open hand and punching under the jaw with the right fist.
Step in with the right foot and hit the
attacker with a left elbow strike in Gyakuzuki stance with Kiai.
