JODAN UKE - SANBONME

 

Attack:

Step back into left basic stance.

Then punch 3 times in Junzuki stance to the head area of your defender.

 

Defence:

Step back with right leg and block with left Jodan Uke in left Junzuki stance.

Step back again block Jodan Uke with right arm in right Junzuki stance.

Step with your right leg 45° to the left into side stance; at the same time use the left arm as a deflecting punch to the face of your attacker.

Position yourself for right Mawashigeri to the attacker’s middle area with Kiai.
