KERI UKE - IPPONME

 

Attack:       

Step back into left basic fighting stance.

Then kick 3 times to the middle area of your defender.

 

Defence:   

Step back with left leg into right fighting stance.

Step back again into left fighting stance.

This time adjust the front foot (left) and as the attacker kicks, deflect the kick with your left open hand.

Now punch to the rear rib area using your right hand with Kiai in left Gyakuzuki stance.
