Attack:
Step back into left basic fighting stance.
Then
kick 3 times to the middle area of your defender.
Defence:
Step back with right leg into left fighting stance.
Step back again into right fighting stance.
This time as the attacker kicks, take a full step back into left fighting stance, adjust the front foot (left) deflecting the kick with your left open hand.
Now
punch to the rear rib area using your right hand with Kiai in left Gyakuzuki
stance.
