KERI UKE - SANBONME

 

Attack:

Step back into left basic fighting stance.

Then kick 2 times to the middle area of your defender.

Then Surikomi Maegeri to the middle area of your defender.

 

Defence:   

Step back with left leg into right fighting stance.

Step back again into left fighting stance.

This time take a full step back and when the attacker kicks, adjust the front foot (right) deflect the kick with your right open hand.

Punch to the rear rib area with left arm with Kiai in right Gyakuzuki stance.
