Attack:

Step back into left basic fighting stance.

Then kick 3 times to the middle area of your defender.

 

Defence:

Step back with left leg into right fighting stance.

Step back again into left fighting stance.

This time as the attacker raises their leg, slide forward, stopping the kick with your left forearm; at the same time punching with right Gyakuzuki to middle, area with Kiai.
