KERI UKE - GOHONME

 

Attack:

Step back into left basic fighting stance.

Then kick 3 times to the middle area of your defender.

 

Defence:

Step back with right leg into left fighting stance.

Step back again into right fighting stance.

This time as the attacker kicks, remain in the same stance moving to your left, deflecting the kick with your right open hand.

Now punch to the rear rib area using your left hand with Kiai in right Gyakuzuki stance.
