Attack:

Step forward into right stance.

Lunge forward with right Tsukkomi Jodan.

Next, kick right Surikomi Sokuto Chudan and land in right fighting stance - not side ways.

Defence:

Step back into right stance.

Slide to the left and cover the attack with right glancing block.

Move to the left again twisting away and block the kick with lancing block using your right arm.

Move into your opponent, striking with palm heel strike and ridge hand strike to the rib area.
