Attack:

Step forward into right stance.

Lunge forward with right Tsukkomi Jodan.

Adjust your feet, change arms and execute left Maegeri Chudan area.

Defence:

Step back into right stance.

Slide to the left and cover the attack with right glancing block.

As the knee is lifted, drop forward onto the right leg.

Strike with right Uraken to the chest and a one knuckle fist to the inside of the lifted knee with your left fist.
