KIHON GUMITE -YONHONME

 

Attack:

Step forward into left stance.

Lunge forward with left Tsukkomi Jodan.

Sliding forward with left leg punch right Gyakuzuki Jodan.

Defence:

Step back into right stance.

Slide to the left and cover the attack with. right glancing block.

Twist hips which will bring the right leg back slightly, block punch with a left sweeping block.

Stance here is like a cat stance except both feet are flat.

Step in with your right leg, strike right hand with a one-knuckle fist to the armpit of your opponent and strike Shuto to the elbow joint.
